How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Tonsbroad Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Tonsbroad Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or incorrect
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Keep in mind that Tonsbroad Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@tonsbroad.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems involving licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
